Unlike Jonah, I try to enjoy my food. So every night before bedtime I have a diet jello and two teaspoons of cool whip lite. I have to give my sister credit for turning me onto this very delicious treat. It has 25 calories and absolutely ZERO nutrients! What is cool whip made of anyway?

Cool Whip is technically made of guuuuu, but the good new is guuuuuu had been added to the government list of food groups and I think guuuuuu can be 20% of your caloric intake.
